I was wondering what peoples impression is of the 8 Manhattan GMAT Strategy Guides. If any one has used them could you please let me know what you thought of them, their pros and cons? They seem to be quite popular. I am particularly interested in the ones for sentence correction and quantitative topics as these the areas I need the most improvement in. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Any suggestion on any other material for sentence correction and quant?

Thanks.

personally i like them. sc is awesome, it's like my sc bible, i've gone through it abt 3 times, wrote down the whole thing in msword, and have it reread to me using reader sw on a daily basis, helped me immensely with my sc, which WAS my weakest topic. the detail in the math is great. it gives you a good base to move forward. it won't show you exactly how to do hard questions, but it gives you the fundamental tools necessary. not too crazy abt the rc and cr book though.

I have the SC and the CR/RC books.

SC - Guess everybody in this alias will agree that this book is the best source to improve one's SC.

CR/RC - Not sure about others, but this book has improved my CR/SC by quite a few notches. I am loving it.
