ball will be either white or will have a even nos printed
now as per the interpretation of either this means that the ball cannot be both white & have an even nos printed on it.
we need PW + PE
stmt 1: means that there are no white balls with even nos printed
now from this we cannot deduce the nos of white balls & also the nos of even nos balls

stmt 2: PW - PE =1/5 now here PW & PE can be anything like 0.5 & 0.3, 0.8, 0.6 etc so we cannot determine the exact values of either of the P's
