the smallest nos that can be rounded to 6 is 5.5

hence area is 5.5*5.5 = 30.25

Ans should be D

I would vote for 30.25. Similar thinking as sameer's.

I also would go with 30.25.

Meanwhile, how accurate are answers on OA? I actually started studying last week only and am yet to buy OA-11.

30.25 seems perfectly fine to me also
