Starting out: diag tests

by dragoljubce » Wed Sep 30, 2009 10:09 am
I'm in my 2nd week of GMAT preparation and I just got OG12. The book suggests to do diagnostic tests first.
Is it just me, or the diag test is incredibly hard and very long. Is it worth spending the time doing diag test without any preparation in the area first?
BTW, I have 2 months till my test.

Yes, definitely take a full-length practice test at the beginning of your prep. Even though you're not fully prepared for the test, it will set a baseline of where you currently stand and give you an initial sense of what your weak areas are.

I recommend taking the first GMATPrep practice test, available for free at MBA.com

Good luck!
