Statement 2:
b - a < c
b = 2, a = 1, c = 1.5 -- Yes (1,1.5,2)
b = 1, a = 1, c = 2 --- No (1,1,2) --- Not Sufficient

i was dumb. i think of the case when b=a=c and i thought what if they are all the same? then can c is median and i answered no... lol
