Yep, Giorgio's right - the major difference is that the 3rd edition references OG11 and the 4th edition references OG12.
We have also rearranged some of the info - we stripped out the most advanced material and placed it in separate chapters at the end of each book, so that people could start with the basics and then only move on to the advanced stuff when they're ready.
