One view of the economy contends that a large drop in oil prices should eventually lead to lowering interest rates, as well as lowering fears about inflation , a rally in stocks and bonds, and a weakening of the dollar

(B) a lowering of interest rates and of fears about inflation,
(C) a lowering of interest rates, along with fears about inflation,

Are you sure these 3 are the only "a lowering" choices? between the 3, I picked B...

Reason for picking B is because
a lowering...OF, a rallY(?) IN, a weakning ..OF

parallism.

what is the OA?

The answer is B.
In B items are parallel:
"a lowering of interest rates and of fears about inflation, a rally in stocks and bonds, and a weakening of the dollar...

In C "along with fears" is not parallel to "a lowering of interest rates"
"a lowering of interest rates, along with fears about inflation (what about these fears? are they lowering or increasing or staying the same???)..."
