C is right.
Essentially we have to weaken the argument.
We have to prove that even though people who own computers watch less television, it does not change the data for the national average.
One way to prove that would be if these people did not watch television even before the advent of computers. So there would be no marked shift in the television viewing hours with or without computers. C states this and is thus right.

A. is out of scope for me because here all we care is computer use with people having a computer.
B. is not correct, i dont like most and this option and it itself affirm that people watch less tV and this is what we need to explain why people using Computer watch less TV
D. cant explain why
E is out of scope.. doing something else with computer is not mentioned in the CR
C. can be the answer because it says that poeple in the research watched less TV becuase they themselves usually dont watch or dont spend a lot of time to watch tv
