I picked c b/c I thought it was the most concise. Can someone help me in distinguishing between the use of that and which?

Thanks

even i was confused in this, but then POE led me to answer choice A...

main idea of this sentence is that neutrinos are harmless elementary particles and that they interact very weakly with matter. They are produced in nuclear reactions should not be the main point (according to me)

(b)
bad parallelism: are elementary particles... and which interact...

(c)
bad parallelism: are harmless elementary particles... and which interact...

(d)
'neutrinos' is placed AFTER 'these ... particles' in the same sentence ..not good

(e)
same as d 'these ... particles' and 'neutrinos' they should have been interchanged..
