MBA admission with 530 GMAT

Hi Stacy,

I have a GMAT score of 530.
Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from India
Masters in Environmental Engineering from Polytechnic University, Brooklyn, NY (3.85 GPA)
3 years of work experience as an Environmental consultant in NYC.
I left my job 1 year ago after having a baby.

Please let me know my chances of getting into Zicklin business school, Pace University or Fordham University.

Dear zraw,

It is tough to say how competitive you are for these schools based on the limited information in your post. Your GMAT score is low, but if your transcripts show exceptional performance and you had a successful career, then that could balance out your score. For the best insight into how your profile will be perceived at these 3 schools, I encourage you to contact them directly, perhaps visit. Admissions officers at these schools are generally helpful and willing to discuss your situation with you.
