If I assume that question is 'A circle is inside a rectangle . Dimensions of rectangle are 8 and 10 . So the largest area of circle is ?'

then the largest circle will have diameter equal to the smaller side of the rectangle in this case which is 8
hence area pi*4^2 or 16*pi
