IMO A

I see it as a simple form of subjunctive.. "spoke on condition that".. and so I feel A is correct.

I really don't see C as an answer to this question.

D & E filter out.
Out of A,B,C - B has "will" which presents a case of high certainity.But this sentence has just a condition where the degree of certainity cannot be considered "high" by default. So, B goes.

IMHO A looks better than C as it is simple subjunctive statement.

IMO-A

Subjunctive Mood:

that+ clause + infinitive(without "to")

that they not be named
