1) tells us like k has the equation of x = 1. Like k is a straight vertical line. However, this tells us nothing about m. only 1 point of m is given (1,-1) and we can not find the slope. INSUFF
2) This statement just reaffirms the first statement by stating the like k is a vertical line. This gives us no information about m either. INSUFF
