Very worried: will it disqualify me / affect chances to LBS?

I filled out my whole LBS application and then clicked submit. I thought they would ask me to review my application before the final submit but they didn't!!
There was a couple points that weren't filled so I emailed them to tell them about it.
They said they will just attach my email to the application.

Will this affect my chances??!!

Second question: if an alumni recommends you, will it increase your chances?

1) Probably not - shouldn't be too big of a deal, but it also depends on what was initially omitted and the tenor of your email.
2) Not much - very few brownie points for who your recommender is - it's mostly based on the substance within the recommendation. Having said that, the recommendation is framed from an alum which probably isn't a huge edge, but might count for something (albeit small).

All that is my opinion - I'm an applicant like you (not to LBS) who can only answer from my own research.
