Hello to all applicants!
If you don't know me yet from the forums, I'm Kaneisha Grayson, 2010 HBS + HKS alum and an independent MBA & MPP admissions consultant. Since I started my business in 2010, I've helped thousands of people get into top schools through my articles, videos, and 1-on-1 coaching, and my clients have collectively earned over half a million dollars in fellowships.
One of the biggest differences between me and many other consultants (besides the fact that I actually went to HBS) is the sheer amount of attention I pay to the essay. Once you've made it over the GMAT/GPA/work experience/recommendations hurdle, the essays are the most important part of the application. By that I mean that I believe AdComs are looking for a certain mix of adequacy in the aforementioned areas but the essays are really where they make up their mind among the many people who meet the admission requirements.
Over the next few weeks, I'll be creating some videos that show me live editing people's essays and resumes to give prospective clients a view into how I work as well as teach people the nitty gritty of what makes for strong essays.
If you're interested in having your essay and/or resume reviewed for free as a part of this process, you will need to submit your materials by Monday April 1, 2013 and follow a few simple instructions. You can get more details here: https://kaneisha.com/free-essay-and-resume-editing/
Thanks for reading and I wish you luck in your process!
