Best colleges for Operations/Shipping in current market?

Hi,
I have a shipping/marine engineer background and a 4yrs work ex in a great company. 680 on the gmat and great gpa.
But I am not very sure about which MBA programs are the best/recognized for shipping and operations sector? I know INSEAD and NUS are. Can the experts or anyone else with credible info help me out here with good tips?

Purdue has a strong operation department and with a 680 is within the shooting range.
