Is there a particular website where one can post his detailed profile and MBA universities would fish them and contact them directly ?

Not really, but through the GMAT, and signing up to receive brochures from schools and to MBA related stuff, you can get on mailing lists. Now this doesn't mean they will send you acceptance letters without applying!!!

but you will get some informational stuff.
