Hi,
My name is Piyush and i am from India.
I have done my graduation in BBA(Finance), it was a 3 year course and i completed it in May,2013.
I will give GMAT in Dec,2013 and will apply for Sept,2014 intake.
My question is what are my chances of getting admission in a good B-School(USA,UK) having done a 3 year course and i will only have 1 year work experience by Sept,2014.
Please suggest what should i do.

Honestly, you should wait. At 1 year you're in a really tight spot and it will be close to impossible to get into a top ranked program. On top of that, you'll be applying R2 so that just adds to it. If you look to the profiles of those generally admitted, there's a reason the "average years of work experience" is 4 - 7.

If I may ask - what's the rush? If there a compelling reason you're applying when you have <6 months of work experience?

Is it okay if we dont give the test and just try getting the admission done like that

No Vaishnavi it cant happen like that. The test is mandatory. All the students have to undergo the test. And the admission depends on the score you get.
