Harvard 2+2 Evaluation

by cbj54 » Mon Jun 15, 2009 4:09 pm
Just made a 670 on the GMAT :(

I am wondering if this score totally knocks me out of the running for getting into Harvard's 2+2 program. I have a 4.0 in Biomedical Engineering right now, so I feel that they will know that I can handle myself academically. But, is that below average score going to knock me out all together? I am really really worried now! What do you think?

Thank you!

Dear cbj54,

Not necessarily--it depends on what the rest of your application looks like. Remember, the average is just that--the average; that means half the class score above and half the class scored below. If you believe you have a strong application, then you should go ahead and apply, making a compelling case for your admission.

Best of luck,
Lisa
