I think Ross (Michigan) gives candidates the option of starting in January, as does Columbia. If I remember correctly, if you start in January at Columbia you forego the summer internship.

It will depend on which league of schools you are targeting. From the highly reputed ones, the names are as follows.

AGSM, Australia
MBS, Australia
RSM, Netherlands,
