You are not alone! there are many MBA applicants with previous Msc - many came to the US to study (and start a new career) and now realize that they want to switch to the business side and need the MBA.

The big question is whether your 2-year experience sufficient - It is hard for me to tell without seeing more information about your role, your impact, and the projects that you are involved with.
Two years are not a lot of time and the average experience for many MBA applicants is longer, so you might need to wait a bit. Or - maybe you can do a part-time MBA from a top school, if you want to start soon (but it depends on your career goals!)

Visa - yes, you can move the H1B from one place to another. The new company will need to submit paperwork for you. The good news is that you don't need to go through the lottery again and that it is certain you will have an H1B. The companies don't need to sponsor you fully - the cost of filing an application is much cheaper and faster than getting the H1B from the beginning (including department of labor, etc.).

To give you an overview, I have a 1 yr experience in India and I am thinking of applying for 2017. So I will have 4 years experience at matriculation. I studied MS in a top 10 university. I am in a big semi conductor company which is the leading manufacturer of the mobile phone processors. I have worked in several processors that went into leading mobile phones in the market. My responsibilities include manage a team in both US and offsite testing the processors that go to the customer, making sure yields are high, defects are low. We ship millions of devices to the customer. So I also make sure that customer demands are met and supply chain is able to provide the required quantity.

I am in interested in Operations/Supply chain management. If its possible could you please point out people who have done MS and MBA?

Companies will definitely hire students like yourself. I happen to recruit for a large semiconductor company in the bay area so I can tell you from experience
I've also had some clients that have done both MS and MBA like yourself. It is quite common especially when the MS is much more focused on a science while the MBA will be more general business skills.
