This might be an obvious answer but do bschools look at how much work experience you have at the time of your application or how much you will have when you start at the school (in some cases almost a year later)? I guess, presumably, one could get fired right after they are accepted into a school.

Hi,,

Most of the top B-schools look at the period of work-ex you have at the time of entering your session.So that means ..application + a few months more...
