One quick question:

I have sometimes read that you should explain why you did not choose your current employer if you asked someone else to write your recommendation.

The problem is: Where shall I explain? The B-schools I want to apply to do non provide an optional essay and the other essay questions do not really fit... I don't think there is a possibility to explain it elsewhere.

Do you have an idea?
