In the figure, AB=5cm, BC=4cm and AC=7 cm. If BX bisects ABC, calculate the length of AX. Please give full explanation. what is why.. how is what

Given BX is the angle bisector of angle B, by angle bisector theorem we have,

AB/BC = AX/BX

5/4 = x/(7-x)

x = AX = 3.8 IMO
