The OA seems correct. Here's why:

Okay, so we have a repeating pattern of shapes that repeat every 4 times and we're told that the first shape is a triangle and the last shape is a circle. The total number of shapes have to satisfy the equation 4n+3 where n is the number of times the pattern repeats itself and the +3 at the end is where the pattern hits the circle.

E is the only choice that gives n as an integer.

4n+3=47

44=4n

n=11.

There's a +3 at the end because the circle is the third shape in the pattern and you have to add it on to the number of shapes that went by fours.

because the circle is the third shape in the pattern and you have to add it on to the number of shapes that went by fours.
why for circle only.. why not for other figures like the triangle..
