7x/3+a = 8 and a >8 , then, in terms of a,3x/7 =

7 x/3 = 8 - a

7 x = 3 (8 - a)

x = 3 (8 - a)/7

3 x/7 = 3/7 (x) = 3/7 * 3 (8 - a)/7 = 9/49 * (8 - a)
