if m/n = 0.36363636...?
A. 3
B. 4
C. 7
D. 13
E. 22
Let us assume m/n = A
Then A = 0.36363636...
100A = 36.363636...
So, 100A - A= 36
99A = 36
A = 36/99 = 4/11
So, the minimum value of m = 4

The correct answer is B.
