Machine A: 9000/h
Machine B: 7000/h

Each machine can produce at most during 8hours and you want machine B to work as few hours as possible, so let's first use machine A during 8 hours.

Machine A during 8 hours produces 72.000
So it remains 28.000 to produce.
And machine B produce these 28.000 in 4 hours.
