2+2 is highly selective and generally taps the best student leaders in the country. It's not all about academics...GMAT,leadership, involvement, etc. are all a factor. I think the 3.07 could be a problem, but you may have some good reason (started college early is not a bad one especially if your grades started lower and trended upwards). Being female is an advantage, as fewer females apply. Not sure if supplementing your grades with outside coursework will help. Berkeley is a great school, so you have that going for you.
