Hi I just subscribed for the premium Beat The Gmat questions but couldn't view any videos on the explanation part.

Is there some sort of software i need to download to be able to view it?

I know i should contact Support but since its weekend they might take a while..

Try installing adobe flash player.

I was using IE9 and i just had to move back to IE8.
