Executive programs are more lenient on applicant qualifications such as GMAT, GPA, etc. What they tend to scrutinize, however, is work experience. Many of the best programs look for 10+ years experience, but if you have a strong history of advancement, lead a lot of people, or were promoted rapidly within your career, you could have a shot. Don't worry as much about the GMAT or GPA--exec programs don't have to report stats for rankings. WHat you want to convince them, is that you bring much to the table in way of contribution to the learning in the classroom.
