suppose I is the center of the circle
triangle PIR has IRP^=RPI6=35 so PIR^=110
PI)^=70
triang OPI=triange RQI because PQ// OR > OP=PQ, IO=Ir and PI=QI
so PIO^=70 => PIQ=40
40/360*18p=2p
