I am planning to appear for GMAT this year and might take a shot at iSB this year or next year !!

Here is a snapshot of my profile
Btech from NIT Durgapur
3 years of work ex in JSL Stainless Limited as Associate Manager
Currently doing master of science in automation in Finland.

International Exposure
2 years working with an International team from Siemens VAI,Austria.
Currently studying in Finland for last 1 year.
Knowledge of german(A1) and finnish(A2)
Extra Curriculars
College Cricket team
Hostel Mess Secretary
Hall Cultural Sec
Volunteer for Sewa International in Finland
sales cordinator of AIESEC Finland

CGPA - 8.15/10 in Btech
4.13/5 in MS so far
Class X + XII - 86%

I launched my own startup which is not doing that well. As my background is totally technical so far , so i need a degree in business to do well in my venture and that is my main motivation for joining ISB. It was preplanned on my part to pursue a world class masters degree to gain sufficient technical knowledge to succeed in my own venture. Now that i have gained it, the next step will be to boost my knowledge in business domain with a business degree from one of the best management institutes in the world -

Please evaluate my profile and see whether it needs any addition
I have not appeared in GMAT but i hope to do well in it with a score above 700.

3-4 years of work experience is best suited for a college like ISB. Considering your non IT background and substantial international experience; you would be a storng contender. Knowledge of foreign language is definitely a plus point and you should leverage it well.

Assuming that you would get 700+ GMAT score; you should focus upon making a convincing story around your current work experience, start up experience, short term/long term goals and why MBA.
