I think the word "regular" in question - "who do not drink regular coffee with cream" changes the meaning and should not be there.

Hanks Manufacturing recently conducted a survey of its employees. The result showed that of the n who work in the company, 1/3 drink decaffeinated coffee, and the remainder drink regular coffee. Of those who do not drink regular coffee with cream.

A. 2n/3
B. n/8
C. 4n/15
D. 11n/15
E. 13n/15

The OA is D.

Please, can any expert explain this PS question for me? I tried to solve it but I can't get the correct answer. I need your help. Thanks.
