Dear plumed,
I think you have some solid experience and a competitive academic profile (GMAT/GPA) for any school you feel is a good match. You will also need a great set of essays and recommendations. As with any prospective MBA applicant, it is best to have a mix of schools on your target list regarding chances of admission. Since top 20 programs are highly competitive, you might consider having 1-2 programs outside the top 20 as your safety schools.
