Dear taposh_dr,

For Tier I programs, your GMAT average should be at or above a 680 to be competitive, over 720 would be ideal. It will also be important to target schools that make the most sense for your post-MBA career goals. Please visit our sticky on school selection for tips and insights on identifying programs.
