Stmt 1
2x-2y=1
From this we get x>y
and as Right hand side is positive ,it must be bcoz x is positive .
But we can't say about y can be positive or negative.
INSUFFICIENT
Stmt 2
x/y >1
Here either both can be positive or both can be negative.
INSUFFICIENT
From stmt 1 we can say x is positive.
and using this in stmt2 we can y also positive.
Please let me know if i am wrong .
