Hello everyone,
I hope that's the right section.

I'm struggling in structuring my essay. I hope to find good guidelines to advise me how to approach it critically. or you could give me an example of critical essay then i may understand. It's asking us to discuss the following so please advise me how to start and what to include. Thanks for you time and that's what I should discuss.
'Research looking at the nature of creative work involves a
difficult set of working conditions, long hours for little or no money, or to the de-unionised, individualised responsibility for work, pensions, unemployment and health benefits; or the unequal power relations when it comes to negotiating IP rights on which they are supposed to thrive; or the constant struggle against de-skilling, usually in the face of new technologies' O'Connor

Thanks in advance and i hope I'm not asking too much
