Can't Register for Ultimate Practice Test

Hi there,
I'm new. I'm taking a Kaplan Classroom class and planning to write my GMAT in October.

I'm trying to register for the Ultimate Practice Test for 2 weeks before my actual test, which I haven't registered for yet. However, when I try to register for an ID/PW they say that my Kaplan ID (provided by the center) is invalid. Neither Kaplan CS nor Pearson CS is responding.

What should I do?

Hi Jennysbelly,

Who have you contacted at Kaplan? If you've been in touch with your center, they might not have been able to help you because a lot of the functionality of our website is centralized; try out 800 number, !-800-KAP-TEST, and you should get a response right away
