Help me with some preparation strategy

Hi,

I'm new to Beat the gmat. I've completed B.E (MECH) with 73% . working in a TVS concern for the past two years as Junior-Manager. I wanna take GMAT. I know about the test procedures and mehtods. Can any one help me with some strategy to prepare.( Generally I'm good in PS ). Also please give your comments on when to take GMAT.

As for the timing, it is generally considered a good idea to give yourself 2 to 3 months time to study and prepare for the exam.
