"¢ (B) The oboists always had solos in the concerts, whom we admired most.
"¢ (C) The rotating group of landscapers should plant more flowers in the garden that works outside, rain or shine.
"¢ (D) The award was given to the class that collected the most cans during the fundraiser that is given out by the principal every year.
"¢ (E) Every time the clock strikes ten, it plays a song that reminds the lonely old woman of her childhood, which is hanging on the wall.

IMO, the correct sentence is D. Below is my reasoning . Please let me know the OA.

(A) The library that has the largest collection of books, which are updated on a weekly basis, is usually crowded - Logically error - what is updated on a weekly basis the books or the library.
(B) The oboists always had solos in the concerts, whom we admired most. misplaced modifier
(C) The rotating group of landscapers should plant more flowers in the garden that works outside, rain or shine.
(D) The award was given to the class that collected the most cans during the fundraiser that is given out by the principal every year. - IMO Correct
(E) Every time the clock strikes ten, it plays a song that reminds the lonely old woman of her childhood, which is hanging on the wall. - incorrectly modifies childhood.

Only B looks Okay.

All others have grammatical errors.

In B, am not sure what "We" refers to .
"Native of" is used for a individual while "Native to" is used for a large group

I don't think this is a valid GMAT format. Its got to be a sentence with an underlined part and options for the underlined part.
