IMO broadcast !!!!!!!

Source: Manhattan GMAT SC Guide

General Rule: Whenever each or every follows a subject , it doesn't have a bearing on the number (i.e Singular/Plural)

Ex: They each are great players

Exception: I have observed that if each or every follows a subject and is separated by a comma then each/every has bearing on the number.

Ex: Three cats, each of which eats

each broadcasts will be the correct.
here each is subject and broadcast is verb hence it has to be singular.

It must be plural...

It really depends on the context.
For example:
each of the three networks - here you are talking about individual network among the three
the three major networks each - here you are talking about networks in general not individulas

In this sentence, I believe that each is acting as an adjective, so the subject would be "networks". You need a plural verb.

each IS singular but i think this use case of each is different because it's not saying "each network" but rather when the three networks broadcast

superficial such as when each of the three major networks broadcast

but here

of the three major networ networks EACH broadcasts.....

similar to ......of 3 each one has some thing....

it makes sense to me....

so I just checked the link and the correct answer is...

..., television can be superficial as when the three major networks each broadcast
