Dont worry about RAW score when taking non-official CAT's. I have taken both GMAT PREP CAT's and score above 700 and have not been able to score more then a 660 on MGMAT CAT. MGMAT scores tough, and the quant is quite a bit harder then GMAT PREP atleast (and many have said that it is harder then the real GMAT as well). I have found MGMAT Quant to be tough, and lengthy whereas my overall score in Verbal is about the same or slightly better then GMAT prep. I am taking MGMAT CAT's with an open mind, with an aim of improving my overall level, and getting top class analysis so that i can re-focus my prep on areas where i am weaker. If you want to know what your position is vis-a-vis a simulated score then i would suggest taking the GMAT prep or attempting a bunch of questions from QS Pack 1 to tackle some of the tougher questions the test maker has come out with.
