Well, the passage is one paragraph, so we don't have that much material to scan. First, we might look for a key word or phrase, such as "wrongful termination laws." Another tip-off is the phrase, about 60% of the way through the passage, "in a study..." When you see that, it's reasonable to conclude that the relevant info will be contained towards the end of the passage. Then you're going from answer to answer and looking for textual support for each one.
