away from book from 10 years, want to get score 680 in GMAT

Hi, i am planning to give GMAT this Nov last week. I am working at mid level with an MNC, 10 years of work exp. I am away from book since last 10 yrs. Need your suggessition in how to get started for isb and how much time i need to spare to get a score of 680+.
