Hi,
Let the length of the side of square be x. As AC and BC are equal, C is the mid point of the side of square opposite to BC.
Apply Pythagoras rule,AC^2 = x^2 + (x/2)^2
i.e. 20^2 = (5/4)x^2 =>x^2 = 400*(4/5) = 320 sq.com
