So when will they update the scores %. I am assuming that the 84 were people who scored something like 780-800.

I highly doubt that this small number of people would significantly affect the percentile distribution.
I wonder if this will affect how adcoms view international students and their super high scores...the scandal at Duke has only added to suspicions.
