The nutritionists would recommend the form of oat fiber that is accidentally found in Oat Munchies. INCORRECT

II. Those who eat Oat Munchies regularly will have low cholesterol levels. Can't be inferred because it is too extreme. Those who eat Oat Munchies regularly CAN have low cholesterol levels. INCORRECT

III. Oat fiber is necessary for good health.
The word necessary makes the statment too extreme. INCORRECT
