2 equations, 2 unknowns

i have a question that reduces to the following:

22S + 16B = 650
8S + 32B = 760

what is S - B?

of course, one way is to do substitution, etc. however, does anyone have a really smooth way to do this?

simplify the eqn to lowest term and then solve it
22s+16b=650----->11s+8b=325...........1
8s+32b=760------->s+4b=95------->11s+44b=1045...............2
sub 1 from 2
36b=720------->b=20------->s=15-------->s-b=-5
b=
