IMO A.

A - the usage of each in this context is correct. Each is rightly followed by 'its'.

B - does not clearly indicate that each division will have its own executive. This sentence means that all the 5 divisions will have one executive.

C - each should be followed by a singular pronoun. The usage of 'their' is incorrect.

D - with its own..... is awkward construction.

E - awkward construction
